Driver Offer Advisor — Effective July 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Driver Offer Advisor, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Advisory-only service

Driver Offer Advisor is an advisory-only tool that provides estimated guidance for ride-offer decisions. You are responsible for all driving, safety, legal, platform, and business decisions. Results are estimates, not promises.

3. No affiliation

Driver Offer Advisor is not affiliated with Uber. All third-party names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the kind of offers you may evaluate.

4. Driver control

The app does not take actions in other apps. The driver decides whether to accept, decline, wait, or take any other action. The app never accepts or declines offers for you.

5. No promised earnings

Results are estimates and not promises. There are no promised earnings. Actual earnings, expenses, demand, traffic, platform rules, and market conditions can vary.

6. Safe and lawful use

You must use the app safely and lawfully. Do not interact with the app while driving in an unsafe way. Use it only when safely stopped or parked.

7. Subscriptions

• Offer Advisor Pro is available as a monthly product and an annual product.
• A 7-day free trial is offered where applicable.
• Billing and auto-renewal are handled by Apple; subscriptions handled by Apple can be cancelled or managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Free includes 10 total successful real evaluations.
• Demo/sample checks do not unlock Pro.

8. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

The service may change, be interrupted, or evolve over time. We may update these Terms as the app develops; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

10. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, missed earnings, or damages arising from your driving decisions or your use of the app. You are responsible for your own decisions.
